Pacifica Glendale – Exterior Renovation & Property Facelift
The Pacifica Glendale property underwent a complete exterior renovation designed to improve both appearance and long term durability. The project involved upgrading aging exterior components, repairing structural wood elements, and modernizing the building’s overall visual presentation.
Work included extensive exterior improvements such as replacement of deteriorated wood trim, repair of damaged framing, and restoration of siding surfaces affected by weather exposure and age. Structural reinforcement was completed where necessary to ensure the building envelope remained secure and stable.
In addition to structural repairs, the property received a full exterior facelift including updated architectural elements, improved entry features, and refinements to outdoor common areas. The courtyard was enchanted with pavers, artificial turf, and in ground umbrella stands to create a more attractive and welcoming outdoor environments.
