Ronovations.LA executed a comprehensive exterior and interior modernization of this 24-unit mutifamily property in Highland Park. The project focused on strengthening architectural presence, enhancing building security, and preparing all vacant units for successful lease-up.
The existing metal. gate and fencing system at the front entry were removed and replaced with a redesigned architectural facade featuring a custom metal eyebrow structure and secure glass entry doors. This upgrade improved visibility, controlled access, and overall curb appeal.
Property-wide improvements included full exterior repainting, floor refinishing, common-area enchancements, and complete refurbished of all 24 vacant residential units. A custom mural installation was incorporated to complement the character of the Highland Park, Los Angeles neighborhood and reinforce the building’s identity.
