This commercial property located on Wilshire Blvd. in Downtown Los Angeles underwent a series of exterior and property-wide improvements completed by Ronovations.LA to enhance both appearance and long term functionality. The project focused on improving curb appeal, site security, and over all building condition.
Exterior upgrades included fresh paint throughout the building, replacement of security gates, updated landscaping with new front plantings, and resurfacing of the driewayasphalt including the installation of speed bumps to improve safety and durability.
Additional improvements included reconstruction of the rear stairway, upgraded exterior lighting for improved visibility and security, and installation of security camera systems on all four sides of the property.
Interior improvements were also completed as part of the project; however, these are not shown per client request.
