Glassell Park Spanish Revival – 1920’s Home Renovation

This renovation project involved improvements to a historic 1920’s Spanish style residence located in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project was secured through Home Depot Pro Referral, reflecting the trust placed in Ronovations.LA through a recognized homeowner referral platform.  The work focused on both interior upgrades and exterior structural improvements while preserving the architectural character typical of early California Spanish homes.

Interior work included kitchen improvements, structural framing modifications, and preparation for updated living spaces.  Additional improvements were made to exterior areas including patio reconstruction and tile installation designed to complement the original Spanish design of the property.

Structural reinforcement and foundation-related repairs were also completed where necessary to improve  stability and long term durability. Exterior courtyard features, including decorative tile elements and custom masonry work, were incorporated to maintain the traditional Spanish architectural aesthetic.

This project reflects Ronovations.LA’s  ability to renovate and modernize historic Los Angeles homes while preserving their original character and architectural charm.
