Schoonhoven Residence – Exterior Painting and Restoration
Ronovations completed a full exterior repaint and restoration for this beautiful residence. The project involved extensive surface preparation, including repairs to deteriorated wood areas, sealing exposed surfaces, and carefully preparing the structure to ensure a long-lasting finish.
After the preparation phase, the entire exterior was professionally repainted using high-quality exterior coatings designed to withstand Southern California sun and seasonal weather conditions. Special care was taken to protect architectural details and maintain the character of the home while significantly improving durability and curb appeal.
In addition to the main residence, the project also included restoration and repainting of the rear studio structure. Built in the 1970’s, the studio was in simnifically worse condition due to previous workmanship and weather exposure, requiring additional preparation and repair work. Ronovations restored the exterior surfaces and completed the repaint so both structures matched in appearance and long-term durability.
