This Hollywood Hills West project, located near Lookout Mountain and the Wonderland Elementary area, involved structural repairs and a range of interior and exterior improvements on hillside residential property spanning over one acre and consisting of five separate structures.
Due to natural slope of the site and existing structural concerns, the project required careful evaluation and reinforcement to ensure long-term stability while maintaining the usability of the outdoor living spaces.
The scope of work included structural shoring and reinforcement in key areas where movement and wear had affected the integrity of the structure. Temporary and permanent supports were installed to stabilize the structure and ensure long-term performance.
In addition to structural work, multiple exterior upgrades were completed, including installation of lattice panel fencing around the swimming pool, improvements to deck and yard areas , and planting of new trees to enhance both privacy and curb appeal.
Interior work was also performed throughout the property, addressing repairs, finishes, and general improvements to create a more functional and cohesive living space.
All work was completed with attention to hillside conditions, ensuring proper support, alignment, and long-term durability.
