Constructed a custom hillside deck and access connection between two adjacent properties in the Hollywood Hills.
Scope of work included grading, step formation, and installation of structural railroad ties to stabilize the slope and create a safe, durable transition between elevations.
Integrated the new access seamlessly with the existing deck structure, improving both functionality and long -term structural stability in a challenging hillside environment.
