After completing structural repairs at this Valley Village property, the homeowner wanted to create a safe outdoor environment where their cat, Graymalkin, could enjoy fresh air and outdoor views while remaining fully protected.
Ronovations designed and constructed a custom patio enclosure integrated with the rear portion of the home. The structure was framed with durable lumber and enclosed with protective wire mesh to provide both security and ventilation.
Interior perches and climbing platforms were incorporated to give Graymalkin an engaging elevated space while maintaining a clean architectural appearance that blends naturally with the home’s exterior.
The completed ratio provides a secure outdoor retreat for the family pet while adding a unique sn functional feature to the property.
